  • I can't believe our balsamina impatiens grew without special care at all! We just threw the seeds, watered it and it grew! note : i'm in a tropical country , philippine

  • Mine grow well in full sun and limestone gravel! They reseed themselves every year so all I have to do is thin them every couple of weeks in spring. I hoe them out of the nearby iris like weeds or they take over! The seeds came from my mother-in-law many years ago and are four separate plant colors-lavender,light pink, hot pink and bright orange/red.

  • but, from my experience, Balsamina is not hardier than Walleriana…

  • great place to buy balsam seeds CHEAP..a seller on ebay..rnew3340 has 50 & 100 seed packets.. .99 cents & $1.59 respectively..lowest prices i could find anywhere on flower & great prices on veggie seeds too….
